Alexandre Lafrance
Founder
Alexandre Lafrance (24) is the founder and lead strategist of SPRINT, a private label project management company built for web agencies. He focuses on designing and refining the systems that allow agencies to deliver more website projects with stronger margins, consistent quality, and less internal complexity. His work centers on building the processes, standards, and operating structures that guide strategists as they collaborate with agency designers and developers across every stage of delivery.
Alexandre’s journey began at fourteen, when he started growing social media accounts, long before he understood that the same instincts behind growth, attention, and persuasion could become a career. Those early projects eventually led to company contracts. By seventeen, he had left school to build marketing ventures full time. A year later, he was trusted with mandates involving executives from Quebec’s largest bank and the City of Montreal.
At twenty, he shifted his focus toward websites, the backbone of the digital economy, where he saw a recurring operational problem: agencies could find designers and developers, but struggled to delegate the strategic thinking, structure, content, and quality control behind each project.
By twenty-one, he was leading six-figure website mandates. At twenty-two, the value of his website portfolio surpassed $1 million.
Today, Alexandre is focused on refining the systems behind website delivery, developing high-caliber strategists, and building long-term partnerships with ambitious web agencies.
