Our Process
for Building Websites

Overview
Each website is led by a strategist who manages the project alongside the agency’s designers and developers, guiding business strategy, structure, copywriting, and quality assurance.
We focus exclusively on the discipline of marketing because it requires broad commercial judgment, while design and development are best executed by dedicated specialists.

How We Work
Our Step by Step Process for Building Websites
01
Research
Before kickoff, we study the client, industry, competitors, existing website, and available materials to prepare for the mandate.
02
Client Q&A
During the first client meeting, we ask focused questions to understand the business, goals, audience, offers, and requirements.
03
Sitemap
We define the required website pages within the mandate’s template and page limits, then validate the sitemap with the client.
04
Structure
We define the exact sections and user journeys of every approved page, then validate the complete structure with the client.
05
Copywriting
We create a master document to write all the website copy based on the approved structure, then validate it with the client.
06
Visuals
During the content phase, we link approved client visuals within the relevant sections of the master document whenever applicable.
07
Home Page Design + QA
We review the homepage design internally, guide corrections, present it to the client, manage feedback, and secure final approval.
08
Inner Pages Design + QA
We review all remaining page templates together, guide corrections, manage client feedback, and secure approval for the entire design.
09
Development + QA
We inspect the beta website against the approved design, verifying content, animations, and functionality before securing client approval.
10
Content Translation (If Applicable)
We duplicate the master document, translate all copy between English and French, and manage feedback until approval.
11
Launch
We confirm the live website matches client expectations and verify any functionality that could not be fully tested in staging.
